At Venderby's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the products are in unworn and original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
